“I had emergency surgery last night. Only God knows the why of things, it was a matter of life or death,” writes Anuel AA in a post on Instagram, in which he also shares a snapshot in which he is seen prostrate on a bed and with obvious signs of being really bad.
That’s why the singer has confessed that he has to stop working for a while: “I can’t keep working right now. Thank God I’m alive, that’s all that matters to me. Heartbreaker’ was going to come out in two weeks, but not anymore (postponed until further notice, I’ll give you the date soon so you know what’s going to happen to me).”
Anuel AA apologises and hopes to return soon
“I’m sorry for being bad to my fans with the change of date of the EP, delaying it even more. I know they have been waiting for me and I committed myself with determination to recover my career after almost destroying it myself…”, adds Anuel AA, affected by what the announcement may mean for his fans around the world.
“I have a work plan too ‘hp’, it’s the first time I have a real work team like all the other elite artists, but if this is God’s plan and you have to wait a little longer to overcome everything I did and achieved since my career began, and all the time in and out of jail until now, then you have to wait… I love you all!
“Keep me in your prayers and let’s leave everything in God’s hands. The doctors who treated me and saved me, thank you,” concludes Anuel AA in his Instagram post.
